Although the entrepreneur simultaneously conducts taxable activities in the field of hotel and catering services, this does not affect the possibility of making a deduction from services provided in a dental office. By expanding the activity to include these services, the taxpayer will not be able to deduct VAT on the purchase of equipment for a dental practice, because they will be exempt from VAT. This was recognized by the tax authorities.
