Ruling 540: Use of the usual exporter’s plafond accrued in the context of intra-Community triangular transactions

The promoter of the community triangle cannot freely use the VAT ceiling accrued as part of the aforementioned operation. The assumption was confirmed by the Revenue Agency in its response to ruling no. 540.
