During the year of completion of the merger, the acquiring company can continue to provisionally deduct the tax paid on purchases based on the pro-rata percentage of “definitive” deduction identified in the presentation of the model of the VAT return relating to the year preceding the extraordinary operation, except for adjustment at the time of submitting the VAT return.
