Slovenia has published the Decree of 28 September 2022 that extends the VAT and import tax exemption on goods imported to combat COVID-19 until 31 December 2022. The annex to the Decree specifies the qualifying goods, including protective and testing equipment/goods. The Decree entered into force on 1 October 2022.
