European Commission closed infringement procedures against Estonia and Greece on implementation E-Commerce Directive

On September 29, 2022, the European Commission announced it closed following infringements procedures:

• Estonia: Lack of transposition of the e-commerce directive by Estonia
• Greece: Absence of transposition of the VAT e-commerce directive (EU) 2019/1995 by Greece
