Part of the tax reduction stipulated on the sale of a construction project is compensation for VAT-taxed performance

The Court of The Hague ruled that the amount of € 6.7 million received by X bv in tax relief is subject to VAT. The agreement on the tax reduction must be regarded as an additional service to the main service.
