- On 27 July 2022, an amendment to the Act on Statistics on Intra-community Trade with Goods was adopted.
- The Bill amending and supplementing the Act on Statistics on Intra-community Trade with Goods aims to implement local rules in compliance with Regulation 2020/1197 and Regulation 2019/2152.
- The amendments clarify the terminology used in the Act. Specifically, the terms “intra-Union import” and “intra-Union export” are introduced. In addition, the usage of “intra-Community” is replaced by “intra-Union”.
