It is not clear to many entrepreneurs why they receive an additional VAT assessment. The Tax Information Line gets a lot of calls about this. The Tax and Customs Administration has therefore developed a ‘information leaflet’ that is sent along with the additional assessment. With this, the service hopes to provide clarity to the entrepreneur about the how and why of the attack.
