Federal Tax Service explains changes for calculating and paying VAT for electronic services by foreign organizations

From October 1, 2022, foreign organizations (foreign intermediaries) calculate and pay VAT on their own only if they provide services in electronic form to individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs.
