Royal Decree 755 extends the VAT exemption on imports and donations of medical goods used to treat, diagnose, and prevent COVID-19 when donated to government hospitals, government agencies, and qualified public charities and medical facilities. The exemption was previously provided up to 31 March 2022 and is now further provided from 1 April 2022 to 31 December 2022.
