Austria published the Tax Amendment Act 2022 in the Official Gazette on 19 July 2022. The measures of the Act are generally effective from 1 January 2023. Among other things, the Act provides for the implementation of new rules on the exchange of information on income generated by sellers through digital platforms (DAC7).
