On 15 July 2022, the State Secretary for Finance updated the Decree on making personnel available. In this Decree, the State Secretary explains under which conditions personnel can be loaned out VAT-free. A number of tightening measures will be implemented in particular for the care, education and socio-cultural sector. In addition, the Decree also offers opportunities.
