Zero VAT has been restored for medicinal products financed by public fundraising initiated during the epidemic. 0% rate VAT for such drugs will be applicable retroactively, i.e. from May 17, 2022. For collections started after the epidemic was canceled – i.e. after May 16, 2022 – the previous taxation rules apply, i.e. the percentage rate.
