Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to exempt equipment for the gas and chemical complex in Ust-Luga from VAT

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia proposed exempting from VAT the import of equipment for the construction of a gas chemical complex as part of the ethane-containing gas processing complex in Ust-Luga.
