The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) of Malaysia issued the Tax Corporate Governance Framework (TCGF) and Tax Corporate Governance Guidelines (TCGG) on 11 April 2022, in response to the increasing expectation for organizations in Malaysia to implement governance practices that enhance the accountability, transparency, and integrity of the tax system.
