Since January 2022, taxpayers face very significant changes in the field of invoicing – a new type of invoice will be introduced, i.e. structured invoices, which will be issued according to a specific template via the dedicated platform of the Ministry of Finance – the National e-Invoice System (“KSeF”). For many taxpayers, the introduction of structured invoices will be a great challenge and will require time-consuming preparations and implementation of new solutions, e.g. on the IT side.
