Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides for exemption from VAT on transfers of exclusive rights to inventions, utility models, industrial designs, topologies of integrated circuits, production secrets (know-how), as well as rights to use the corresponding results of intellectual activity on the basis of commercial concession agreement, TASS reports.
