This week a questionnaire was sent out to businesses and academics to elicit information on their experience with Intra-EU VAT disputes. The aim is to help inform the EC in making a decision on whether it should pursue this issue.
The questionnaire asks for information on the causes of such disputes, the way they are currently resolved (or left unresolved), and requests suggestions to improve the current situation. There is an open invitation to complete the questionnaire by May 31.
