The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has published an updated e-Tax Guide GST: Guide for Advertising Industry (Fourth Edition). The e-Tax guide explains the GST principles applicable to the advertising industry and is applicable to the following suppliers of advertising services:
- Media owners;
- Media agencies; and
- Creative agencies / full range advertising agencies.
