- The possibility of VAT coverage of financial services is an incentive for corporations to invest in Poland. In addition, there will also be attractive conditions for the operation of holding groups. Poland will also join the group of countries where VAT groups operate.
We are building a competitive tax system with many facilities that will positively distinguish us from other countries in the region. We build Poland’s competitive advantage not only with pro-investment incentives, but also with solutions that will facilitate flexible shaping of the portfolio of investments located in our company, reduce tax settlement costs on the part of companies and accelerate access to full information on tax aspects of a large investment planned in Poland. This is the first coherent, comprehensive strategy in our country that adjusts the tax system to the needs of global players
– explains Deputy Minister Sarnowski.
