Draft VAT measures: VAT in Digital Economy, extend VAT exemptions, life insurance policies subject to VAT

To be approved by the President:

• Establish a mechanism for the collection of VAT in the digital economy (online platforms)
• Extend the current VAT exemptions
• Subject life insurance policies to VAT
