A Council Implementing Decision was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 11 October 2021 that authorizes Poland to continue to derogate from Article 287 of the VAT Directive (2006/112/EC) by allowing Poland to exempt from VAT, taxable persons whose annual turnover is no higher than the equivalent in national currency of EUR 40,000.
