Council Implementing Decision: Austria can restrict VAT deduction if goods/services are used for more then 90% for private purposes

COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2021/1779 of 5 October 2021 amending Implementing Decision 2009/1013/EU authorising the Republic of Austria to continue to apply a measure derogating from Article 168 of Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax until Dec 31, 2024.
