GST on Sell of Ice Cream:
As per recent circular issued by CBIC, it is clarified that ice cream sold by ice cream parlors will be considered as goods and GST at 18% will be chargeable.
However, litigation may arise for those who were charging GST at 5% considering themselves as restaurant service providers.
