The latest tax interpretation confirms unequivocally – the entrepreneur has the right to retroactively register for VAT purposes. It is also possible to deduct input tax for an earlier period. The position of the tax office is favorable – but it is gaining additional importance, especially now, when the registration process is, according to experts, a real torment.
