VAT exemption for importation of goods to fight COVID-19, even it happened before the resolution

Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phuoc recently signed and submitted to the Prime Minister a dossier to complete the draft Government Resolution on handling import tax and VAT on imported goods to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
