Through Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC21-00000037, the Internal Revenue Service – SRI establishes the rules for the application of the withholding of one hundred percent (100%) of the Value Added Tax – VAT by entities and organizations of the public sector of the central and decentralized government. This includes decentralized bodies, public companies, universities and polytechnic schools in the country.
