National System of e-Invoices – draft version of the logical structure of e-Invoices – Optional use delayed till Jan 1, 2022

• From January 1, 2022, the entrepreneur will be able to issue structured invoices under the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
• The draft act amending the act on tax on goods and services and some other acts is posted on the website of the Government Legislation Center under the item UD159 .
