Over half a billion zlotys were paid by companies during the first six months of the provisions on the so-called sugar tax. Payments mainly go to the National Health Fund. However, taxpayers have big problems with the correct calculation of the tax. All because of imprecise regulations, the interpretation of which, according to experts, even the Ministry of Finance cannot cope with.
