To make business transactions more efficient, the United States has analysed numerous e-invoicing regimes implemented around the globe and is still working on a model that will support US businesses with electronic document exchange.
The steps towards an e-invoicing model are being made by The Business Payments Coalition (BPC) steered by the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
