Main contractor housing foundation renovation project performs taxable services that have not been moved
A BV advises on real estate, sells and rents real estate and provides construction supervision. In 2010 and 2011, A BV carried out work on behalf of a housing association with regard to a renovation project. The financing for this project is in the form of a construction deposit provided by an insurance company. No written agreement has been concluded between A BV and the housing association for this work.
