Sri Lanka Inland Revenue has published the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, No. 9 of 2021, which was originally published in the Official Gazette on 13 May 2021. Most of the measures are effective retroactively and are already applied in practice, subject to the formal amendments made by the (Amendment) Act.
