An amendment to the Finnish VAT Act (387/2021) enacted on 7 May 2021 introduces changes to the VAT rules applicable to electronic commerce (e-commerce) and imports of low value. The changes concern both the VAT treatment of sales and VAT reporting and payment procedures.
