VAT Returns for UK taxpayers in Poland after Brexit

Polish Government’s Tax Portal Podatki made a new announcement to clarify the VAT returns made by UK taxpayers after Brexit. As of 1 January 2021, UK taxpayers without a registered office or permanent residence in the EU territory shall appoint a tax representitive to submit a vat return in Poland. It will not apply to the VAT declaration of December 2020.
