Implementation of VAT grouping in Poland covered in WP 997 of the VAT Committee

VAT grouping results from art. 11 of the VAT Directive, but has not been implemented in Poland so far.

Working Paper No. 997 of the VAT committee shows that Poland already has a text of the relevant national draft legislation annex in this regard.
