This initiative amends Implementing Regulation 2015/2447, which provides detailed rules on the EU Customs Code. These detailed rules have applied for 2 years and need some minor adjustments to:
- adapt it better to the needs of industry
- ensure the rules are implemented in the same across the EU, without compromising on security and customs controls.
