Please be informed about the conditions that a qualified signature must meet in the new JPK environment
Please be advised that in the shared test environment and the currently implemented production environment for shipping JPK (uniform control files):
- in the case of a qualified signature issued by a Polish certification center,
- for correct verification of the JPK_VAT signature with the declaration (JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K),
– the certificate should include the PESEL or NIP of the signature owner .
Signing the SAF with a qualified signature without PESEL or NIP will result in the termination of the processing of the document with error code 423.
