The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will not contact any small or medium enterprise (SME) to initiate a GST/HST audit for four weeks (i.e., until 19 April 2020).
On 27 March 2020, the government announced that it is postponing the deadline for filing GST/HST returns and the requisite payments.
