Approval of draft law is expected later this week

See art. 42
Article 42. in the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Goods Tax Act and
services and some other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520) shall be amended as follows:
1) in Article 1:
(a) point 4 is deleted,
(b) points 18 and 19 are deleted;
2. Article 11 is deleted,
3. Article 12 is replaced by the following
“Article 12. the provisions of Article 33a of the Act as amended in Article 1, in the following wording
This Act shall not apply to imports of goods made before 1 July
2020 r.”;
4. in Article 28, point 6 is replaced by the following:
“(6) Article 1 point (7), points (12)(b), (13), (17) and (23), Article 3 point (3), Article 5, Article 7 point (1) and Article 12,
which shall enter into force on 1 July 2020.
