The latest interpretation of the treasury confirms that there is a way to legally avoid mandatory split payments. It is enough to issue an invoice for a comprehensive service and do not indicate the goods in detail – even if their separate sale would require split payment. This is another favorable position of tax authorities in this respect. Experts advise, however, be careful.
