ECOFIN publishes revised list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes and adopts two reforms of existing VAT rules

During the ECOFIN meeting, the Council adopted simplified VAT rules for small businesses. Furthermore, the Council adopted a set of rules to facilitate the detection of tax fraud in cross-border e-commerce transactions.
