CZ introduces reverse charge for foreign businesses

As from July 29, Czech Republic has introduced a reverse charge for foreign based businesses in case the supply takes place in CZ and the recipient holds a CZ VAT registration number. If a foreign business also performs intra Community acquisitions in CZ and has to obtain a VAT number in CZ, the reverse charge does not apply.
