Basel Convention ease the rules on trans boundary shipments of waste.
The Member States of the Basel Convention have adopted new guidelines on trans boundary movement of hazardous waste. In these new guidelines specific reverse flows for repair, testing and analysis have been exempt from the Basel Convention.
